1. Subscriptions and Cancellations

LinkedJet is a B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. All advertised prices are exclusive of VAT. Our subscriptions (Hobby, Authority, Thought Leader) are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time via the dashboard; it is always cancellable on a monthly basis. You retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not believe in long lock-in contracts. Please note: unused monthly AI credits for visuals always expire at the end of your active billing period, unless otherwise stated in your dashboard.

2. Intellectual Property

A common question is who owns the generated content. You do! All LinkedIn posts, articles or copy you generate via LinkedJet belong 100% to you. You grant us only the right to temporarily process your connected data (via AI models) in order to generate this content for you.

3. Liability & Fair Use

LinkedJet is a tool. Although our AI delivers accurate output in more than 95% of cases, you remain solely responsible for the content you publish on LinkedIn at all times. We cannot guarantee "virality success" or sales. We also operate a Fair Use Policy: it is not permitted to deploy automated scrapers against our engine or to misuse our platform to generate illegal or harmful content. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to deactivate accounts immediately.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers at least 30 days in advance by email or via the dashboard.
