Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection & B2B Nature

At LinkedJet we take your privacy seriously. To provide our B2B SaaS services (subscriptions are cancellable monthly and prices are exclusive of VAT) we collect essential account information, such as your business email address and company name, primarily via our authentication partner (Supabase). We process the content you connect (RSS feeds, website texts) solely to generate the AI content output for you.

2. Use of Cookies

We use functional cookies and session tokens (via JWT) that are necessary to log you in securely and keep your session active. We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the success of our advertisements and to present relevant content to our visitors on the LinkedIn platform.

3. API Data Security

All communication between your browser, our backend and any external AI APIs takes place over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your generated prompts and the context you add to train your Tone of Voice are not used to train public third-party AI models.

4. Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Once you decide to cancel and delete your account, all associated personal data and your content database will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
